IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR
WINDOWS 10 & 11 USERS
Changes to how Windows Install/Uninstall operates on Windows
10 & 11 may result in the Uninstaller programme not working correctly on a small
number of older slideshow screensavers, which may require manual deletion should
you wish to remove them.
All screensavers
currently listed for download on my website have been made
using different software and are fully compatible with Windows 11. It is
recommended if you have any screensaver files downloaded before November
2023 to not install on Windows 10 or 11. Windows 8 or older
are not affected.
To remove, simply locate the SCR
file and manually delete it.
Depending on your version of Windows, this will be in one of
the following directories
C:\Windows
C:\Windows\System
C:\Windows\System32
(on 32-bit PC)
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
(on 64-bit PC)
The screensaver may still appear on your list of installed
Apps/Programmes in the Control Panel after deletion
